INTRO This hidden camera is one of the trickier ones to initially setup taking about 10 minutes, however once setup you can watch from your PC or mobile device from anywhere. When first using this device please charge for a minimum of 4 hours on a 1000mA USB charger.

SETTING UP YOUR PERMANENT WI-FI CONNECTION VIA WI-FI MODEM Turn on camera and connect to the device as done in “connecting to your mobile” step. Once connected open the mobile app your using and click on the settings for the camera.

Click on “WiFi Config” and enter the wifi you want to connect to along with the password, press OK. Disconnect from the Wi-Fi on your phone and connect to your phones “Mobile Data”. You are now connected to your camera and you can view a live feed from anywhere using the app on your phone.

You can easily access the system from a PC located in the same local area network LAN (inside the same building normally) via the internal IP address. To do this you will need to know the IP address of the HDESKX10 which you can get from the app.

Once you are connected through the browser portal you can select the settings cog and access all the advanced features. As many of these features are for advanced users OzSpy does not offer support in this area, however if you are familiar with computers most of the features are self explanatory.
TROUBLE SHOOTING SD card not recording – Please format the SD card before use. Playback and live is jittery – This will mostly be affected by your network and internet speed, please lower the resolution until it plays smoothly. Colours are wrong – This can be various reasons and normally does not constitute a fault. This can be caused by unusual lighting, low light levels, not enough power or a view with items too close affecting auto focus.
