The flange nut is stuck to dissemble is it clicker wise or counter lock wise. As well the black tension rod to raise to the ceiling is it clockwise or counter to raise it to the roof to try to help loosen the flange nut

    2. BEFORE ASSEMBLY 2.1 Select a safe space You should train or dance in a safe and appropriate place. Please make sure there is no any obstacle within your reach when you are spinning around the pole and stretching your arms completely. You can place a chair as the pole to measure a circle in DIA 3.0-3.5m as reference.
  • Page 4 2.3 Check the parts Open the carton and check every part according the part list on page 2. If you found any parts missed, please contact customer service. 2.4 Dance pole height calculation The base height of this dance pole is 2235-2375mm. If you need a higher pole, please use the extension (125mm and 250mm extension are included) and the adjuster.
  • Page 5 3. ASSEMBLY Remark: Only 125mm and 250mm extensions are included. 3.1 Install the extension(s) to the base first (if needed). Extensions should always be install at the bottom of the pole. Start with the shortest one. 3.2 Assemble the lower main pole to the extension or base. Tighten firmly by hand. 5/ 9...
  • Page 6 3.3 Put the adjuster cover on the pole B, then place the upper dome on the pole top. Remark: The flange of the adjuster should be on the upper side. 3.4 Attach the assembled upper pole from step 3.3 to the assembled lower pole from step 3.2.
  • Page 7 3.5 If you measure your room height correctly and use the right extensions, the distance between the dome and the ceiling is less than140mm. 3.6 Unscrew the bolts on the adjuster cover and slide the cover down, then attach the adjuster to the ceiling firmly.
  • Page 8 3.7 Tighten pole adjuster with spanner until it is really firm. Push or pull the pole to check if there is any movement. 3.8 Slide the adjuster cover up, then tighten the screws and the assembly is finished. 4. SPINNING Spin the pole Unscrew the two hidden bolts at the tube end with the tool A.

    5. MAINTANCE The pole needs your daily cleaning. Please clean it with a damp towel then dry with a clean towel. You should make sure the pole is clean and dry before dancing. △ WARNING 6.1 Keep children away from dance pole. 6.2 Never use body lotion or oil before dancing or training.
