Using Your Hand Mixer In order to get the best results when using your hand mixer, please follow the steps below: 1. Before using your mixer, clean the beaters and dough hooks in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly before using the hand mixer. CAUTION: DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR HOUSING IN ANY LIQUID. -
