APPLICATION
This LED Emergency luminaire is intended for connection to an unswitched

illuminate but the green charge indicator LED comes ON. Mains power
provides continuous charge to the rechargeable batteries. When mains is
disrupted, the LED lamp receives supply from the internal batteries and
illuminates automatically.

INSTALLATION
1. Unpack the fitting and inspect for any visible
damage. If damage is found, repack the
goods and return it to your point of sale for
replacement.
2. Mark the position of the fitting at the desired
ceiling location and provide a 75mm-150mm
diameter cutout.
3. Pass the inverter and battery pack through the
cutout and secure it against a solid structure e.g. beam or truss using screws.
4. Connect the inverter pack to the LED disc.
5. Guide the supplied flex cable through the cutout and conect the plug to mains power.
6. Then, pull back the two spring clips and release once it gets through. Ensure that the fitting is secure and
flush against the ceiling.
7. Once mains supply is present, only the green charge indicator LED will energise and remain lit. Allow a few
minutes for the battery to receive a small charge, then press and hold the test switch for a few seconds and
observe the LED lamp illuminating on emergency mode.
8. Under normal operating conditions, the emergency function will trigger automatically upon loss of supply to
the normal lighting circuit.
