  • Page 5 ○ Install the water treatment unit on a solid base or against the wall (always vertical) ○ Always keep the product upright. If the product is tilted or laid on its side, the electrodes may not measure correctly. ○ The product must be installed inside. If you want to do it outside, please contact your supplier.
  • Page 6 3 Make a separate grounding for Your Salt Electrolysis with grounding pin. 4 Connect water inlet and water outlet so that water passes the Redox and pH measuring electrode first and then the salt electrolysis (or vice versa). Install the salt electrolysis in bypass configuration: The salt chlorinator should be installed with the return line to the pool and through the water treatment line as shown in the diagram.
  • Page 7 5 Connect the pH and redox measuring heads to the BNC connector at the positions provided: pH (left) RX (right) 6 Start the filter pump. 7 Check the installation for leaks. 8 Stop the filter pump. Remove the electrodes from the holder and calibrate pH and redox electrodes.
  • Page 8 Press the pH and Redox buttons (upper and lower button) for 10 seconds. Once the calibration starts a screen is activated and shows what YOU are calibrating, you can calibrate pH separately or calibrate Rx. A timer will stop after 120 seconds and give a message whether the calibration was successful.

  • Page 10 If during operation you should find that the measured value of the dosing device does not really correspond to the value measured with a professional measuring device, you can enter the measured value here if the value is between 7 and 7.8 pH Via the back button you return to the main menu Pool.
  • Page 11 Press the lower button. The "dosage mode" setting is now checked. Press the middle button to activate this setting. You will now see that the dosing mode Prop (= proportional) or Cont (continuous) is selected. Press the middle button again. In the salt electrolysis dosing mode, you can choose between Salt Time or Salt Rx.
  • Page 12 When the setpoint Rx is reached the sequence will continue to run but no more chlorine will be created, chlorine will be created again when the measured Rx value has fallen below the setpoint Rx. The unit will measure Ph and Rx (redox) for 40 seconds. This measurement will be stored in the memory.

  • Page 17 If dosing is not interrupted for 240 min or 4 hours, the unit goes into alarm mode and stops the functionality of the dosing pumps and electrolysis. Alarm OFF: Never operate the unit in alarm OFF mode during normal and automatic operation. Alarm OFF mode is only used to monitor your unit in case of a malfunction.
  • Page 18 A flow switch can be added to the unit, for units that were produced in 2020 or later. On the circuit board with the display, there is the connection "FS" at the bottom left. These are connected to the two contacts of the flow switch. If no flow is detected, neither acid nor chlorine pump will run, and an alarm is generated.

  • Page 20 1.4 The correct way to add salt: A) Turn on the pool circulation pump and let the water circulation begin. B) Turn off the chlorinator. C) Test the current salt level of the pool. D) Calculate the amount of salt needed to add to the pool. E) Add salt to the pool around the side of the pool, allowing the salt to dilute quickly and evenly in the water.

  • Page 22 Note: Extremely important: 1) Always turn off the power when you have the unit repaired or serviced. 2)When sending the unit for service, make sure the measuring probes are always in a storage liquid when sending. If the probes are left dry for 3 to 4 hours, this may affect subsequent measurements and result in erroneous readings.

In areas with high freezing temperatures, you should protect the pump, the filter and the dosing device from freezing.
