HAIR PULLED
OR STUCK?
If the curler pulls on your hair at the roots:
• Pull the curler in the direction of the ends of your
hair.
• Make sure your hair and the curler are in the right
position (see
Using Your
Curler).
• If the curler still pulls on your hair, follow the
numbered steps below to release your hair.
If your hair is stuck in the curler:
Release the Rotate Button.

Turn the curler off.
3.
Pull the curler straight down. If hair is stuck firmly,
you may need to use some force.
4.
After hair is released, turn on the curler and press
the Rotate Button to allow the heating plates to
rotate back to the correct position.
CAUTIONS
Do not put too much tension on the cord.
