3. ADDING THE DOORBELL IN THE APP

1. Connect the gateway and internet router
using the supplied network cable and
power supply.
2. Make sure that your mobile is connected
to WiFi or mobile data.
3. Launch the app and tap "add device".
4. Tap the
in the "device ID" field and
scan the QR code on the gateway.
5. Alternatively, you can enter the unit ID that
can be found under the QR code and the
password (888888, from the factory).
6. After scanning the QR code or entering the
ID and password, tap the
corner to add the device. Please refer to the
information below if this does not happen.
Information: The doorbell and gateway will
be connected from the factory, please do the
following if this is not the case.
1. Use the supplied pin to push down the reset
button (see page 23) on the gateway for
approximately ten seconds, until it notifies
you that it is "restoring factory settings".
2. Use the same pin to push down the reset
button on the back of the doorbell for
approximately ten seconds, until the LED
indicator on the front flashes.
3. When steps 1 and 2 have been completed,
the reset button on the gateway must be
pressed three times in quick succession
and the device will notify you that it is
"pairing".
4. The same must be done on the doorbell.
Press the reset button three times in quick
succession.
5. The device will then notify you of "pairing
success" and you can restart the doorbell
connection.
