●Elimination of drain CAUTION Before starting work in the morning and afternoon, elimi- nate drain from the drain tank. Before use, purge air through the air hose to eliminate drain from the air hose, and then connect the air hose to the pneumatic tool. ●Use this pneumatic tool at proper air pressure.

WARNING ■Basic precautions for use of this pneumatic tool: ●Pay careful attention to work. Hasty or thoughtless action or using the pneumatic tool when you are tired could result in injury or accidents. Use the pneumatic tool with your eye kept on and careful attention paid to it.

●Securely mount air hose attachments. Disconnection of the air hose could cause it to fly about due to air jet, thus inducing an imminently hazardous situation. To avoid that, securely mount the air hose attachment to the air hose and the pneumatic tool, respectively.

●Do not work in an improper body posture. Use the pneumatic tool in a stable working posture by securely holding it to be ready to respond to unexpected movement. ●Take a break as appropriate. Continuous work for an extended period of time could result in illness.

■Maintenance, check, and repair WARNING ●Pay the adequate consideration to store the pneu- matic tool. Unless the pneumatic tool is used, store it in the dry place beyond children’s reach, giving it the enough maintenance. ●Lubrication is important. As the result of lubrication, the premature wearing can be prevented and appearance of rust also can be restricted on the air motor part, gear and so on.

Warnings and cautions for safe use of pneumatic grinders The air grinders are hand-held abrasive tools for the use of grinding and polishing with grindstone and other attachment. ■Application and use other than specified in the safety rules in your country may cause a serious accident. Please read thoroughly the following instructions and fully understand them to use our tools correctly before the operation.

●To install grindstone, the proper fixtures such as flanges, bolts and nuts etc., which are originally equipped with the grinder must be used. Modification on the fixtures or the usage of collar-bushing etc., is prohibited to install grind- stones which do not fit in size. ●Always check the threaded part of the wheel shaft and fixtures with damage, wear-out etc., as well as missing parts.

■Caution during operation ●Never use the wheel cover where the grindstone broke WARNING and its fragments flew all over. ●Never touch the grinding attachment such as grindstone in rotation. ●Do not touch the grindstone until coming to complete stop, since it continues to rotate for a while even after the throttle is off.

When using wire brush ■Cautions before use ●Confirm carefully if the wire brush has the rust, balance WARNING abnormality, breakage, inconsistency and so on. If any abnormality is admitted, do not use it. There is a danger of flying in pieces or breakage of the tool. ●Confirm the Max RPM of the tool and if it exceeds the Max usable RPM for wire brush, do not use the tool.

●When using the wire brush, operate the tool always at correct angle (15~30 degrees). When using the wire brush at the improper angle, the breakage etc., will occur and it is quite dangerous. 15°〜30° ●When using the wire brush, avoid the over-loading opera- tion by pressing the tool too hard.

●Avoid free running at high speed and the repetition of rapid start and stop by all means. ●Always open the start switch gradually for the start. ●Regarding to the noise level, national and /or local rule is CAUTION to be complied.
