INSTALLATION
1. Open the battery cover and insert 2 AAA
batteries into each stimulator.
2. Attach the stimulator to the appropriate
electrode pad.
3. Remove the protective cover on the electrode
pads.
4. Attach the electrode pads to the abdominal
area or the arm area.
USE
•
You can choose between 6 modes of
operation.
•
The stimulator will automatically shut off after
12 minutes of operation.
•
You can change the programs by pressing the
PROGRAM button.
•
The red light tells you which program you have
selected.
ON/OFF – On/Off
INC – Increase Strength
DEC – Decrease strength
PROGRAM – choose the
program
1. Remove the protective foil from the electrode
pads, place the gel pads at desired areas of the
body.
2. Press the ON button to activate the stimulator.
3. Select the stimulation mode and set the
intensity level.
4. The stimulator will operate for 12 minutes and
then automatically shut down.
5. Press the OFF button if you want to interrupt
the workout prematurely.
6. After use, release the stimulator and separate
it from the pads.
7. Place the protective foil back onto the pads.
IMPORTANT
•
Before use, clean and dry the surface of the
skin where the electrode pads will be used.
•
Do not attach the product on the skin if
"power is on".
•
Avoid touching the sticky side of the pads, it
will only wear them out sooner.
•
Start the stimulator at its lowest intensity.
•
Do not immerse the device in liquids.
•
If your pad is dirty, clean it with a moist cloth
that does leave residue, like a paper towel.
•
Keep out of reach of children.
•
Do not leave in the sun or at high
temperatures.
•
Avoid using stimulator 30 min after a meal or
after showering.
•
If you do not use the device for a long time,
remove the batteries and store them
separately.
