    POLARIZED PLUG This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug.

    USING THE APPLIANCE: This appliance may be used with the stand or without the stand. Be sure the speed control is in “0” (“OFF” position), unplugged from an electrical outlet and the arm is lifted. Insert beaters one at a time, by placing the stem end of the beaters into the opening on the bottom of the appliance, turn the beaters slightly and push in until the beaters click into place.

    CAUTION: Do not use appliance continuously for more than 5 minutes. After every 5 minutes of continuous use, pause for 3 minutes, and then resume appliance use for another 5 mins (or less if needed). Always use plastic or wooden utensils when removing batter/mixture from the bowl, to avoid scratching the stainless steel surface.

    Wash the beaters and bowl in soapy water. The appliance should be cleaned using a cloth dampened with warm water and detergent. Make sure you do not immerse the appliance in water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh cleansers or solvents as they may damage the casing. CAUTION: DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE, THE ELECTRICAL CORD OR THE PLUG IN WATER OR ANY LIQUIDS.
