UNIT SPECS OPERATION OVERVIEW Unit is an automatic device that requires no user interaction for daily operation (provided city pressure and power parameters are met). An emergency bypass valve is provided on the faceplate for use by the owner in the event the Easy Series System water pressure changes and city water is required to continue temporary operation to the points of use. -

FILTER REPLACEMENT Filter service is to be performed every 3-4 months and membrane service is to be performed 18-24 months using only Global filters and/or parts. PRODUCTION RATE CHECK To check the production rate of the Easy System perform the following steps: ITEMS NEEDED: 500 ml GRADUATED 5 GALLON CYLINDER BUCKET STOPWATCH 500 ml STOP WATCH 5 GALLON BUCKET A production check can only occur when the Easy System is filling the storage tank after the blending valve has been calibrated. - Page 10 ROUTINE SYSTEM CHECK PRESSURE GAUGE CHECKS: Pressure readings are the best indicator of normal or not-normal operation of system. The gauges for the Easy Series are located on the front of the system. Filter in gauge displays the incoming water pressure from the city supply. 65 - 75 psi is normal operating pressure. Filter in gauge displays the water pressure after the two pre-filters feeding the membrane.
