AQ111 Fill Kit
Instructions for filling the eye wash cartridges
1. Open the AQ111 box. Inside you will find two expiration date labels, a funnel,
and two eye wash Cartridges with a few ounces of Hydrosep in each bag.
2. On one of the box flaps you will see a perforated cut, press firmly on this
perforated area to remove the cardboard.

- Page 2 3. With the bag laid out on a flat, stable surface, insert the valve of the Aquarion bag through the hole and slide it back into the thinner slot to keep the bag in place. Figure 3: Aquarian Valve slid into slot. 4.
- Page 3 5. Place the funnel in the open valve and press down gently to secure it in place. 6. Fill the bag with 3.7-4.0 gallons of potable water (14.0-15.1 L). Note: Filling the cartridge with the correct amount of water is critical to the system meeting the ANSI Z358.1 Standard.
