Using the rotisserie features.

Make sure the turntable support and black metal
tray are in place when using the rotisserie.
The rotisserie uses both the top and bottom
heating elements to cook the food item.
CAUTION:
When using the
rotisserie, remember that the oven, door and
dishes will be very hot!
Rotisserie parts and food items will become
hot during cooking. Always handle with
oven mitts.
Using the Spit Rod
CAUTION:
Tines on the rotisserie
meat forks are sharp! Be careful when placing
food on the spit rod and when taking it off.

Loosen the screw on one of the
rotisserie meat forks. Slide the fork
off the rod.
Push the meat onto the rod and into

the fork.
Slide the other rotisserie meat fork

onto the rod and push the tines
through the meat.

Make sure the meat forks are firmly
in the meat. Tighten the screw on each
meat fork.
Setting a Rotisserie Program
Make sure the turntable support and black
metal tray are in place.

Press ROTIS.

Turn the dial to select the food type
and press the dial to enter.

Turn the dial to select the specific food
and press the dial to enter.
Turn the dial to enter the serving size

and press the dial to enter.
Press the dial or START to begin

cooking.
s In addition to the cookware provided,
you can use pie plates and other heat-
safe cookware to collect drippings. Place
them directly on the black metal tray.
s Be sure to select a food size that will
rotate easily.
s Place the black metal tray directly on
the turntable support.
s Do not use cookware or coverings made
of paper, plastic or foil when using the
rotisserie.

Insert the rod into the motor shaft
on the left side of the oven.

Slip the opposite end of the rod into
the support on the right side.

After the selected cooking time is
finished, check the food to be sure
it has cooked completely.
Using oven mitts, reach below the rod

and lift the rod off the right support.

Move the rod to the right, disengage
it from the motor shaft and remove
the food from the oven. It may be
necessary to hold a plate beneath the
food when removing the spit rod
from the oven.
When the oven stops, use oven mitts to
carefully remove the black metal tray.
It may be very hot.
During and after use, do not touch, or let
clothing, pot holders or other flammable
materials contact the cooking elements.
These surfaces may be hot enough to burn
even though they are dark in color. Allow
sufficient time for cooling first.
Turn the dial to add or subtract time during
the countdown.
