How to Us e 8. Adjust Micrometer Drum so that the bottom of the celestial body to be observed can touch the horizon. Horizon Glas s Caution For accurate zero- point control and position calculation, the Micrometer Drum must be operated clockwise. If Micrometer Dum has moved beyond the desired range by user, it should not be moved in the counterclockwise direction.
