Congratulations! You have purchased a high quality loudspeaker. When matched to
comparable electronic equipment, expect years of quality high fidelity sound. We are

These two-way speakers have specially designed woofers with linear long throw butyl
rubber surrounds for long life and superior damping. Pivoting, PEI dome tweeters are
utilized for excellent high frequency dispersion throughout your entire listening
environment.
PAINTING SPEAKER GRILL
REDIC6 In-Ceiling Speaker grill can be painted with ordinary latex paint.
1. Remove scrim cloth
2. Dilute paint with water using 4:1 or 5:1 proportion
3. Paint grill
4. While paint is wet, carefully use compressed air to clear the grill holes
5. After grill has dried completely, replace scrim cloth
INSTALLATION
Locate existing pipes, ductwork, AC wiring, or other obstruction before cutting holes in the ceiling!
1. Use the template (template diameter 8.1" / 20.5 cm) to trace a circle lightly in
pencil where the hole will be located à
2. Use a keyhole saw or hacksaw blade to cut the hole
3. Connect the speaker wire to the speaker terminals – strip ¼" – ½" insulation and ensure that no stray
strands are protruding from the connectors
4. Insert the speaker in the cutout, rotating the frame as needed
5. Aim pivoting tweeter toward the intended listener location by pressing gently on the outside of the tweeter
ring
6. Tighten the screws equally – clamps will rotate out and secure the frame to the drywall, DO NOT
OVERTIGHTEN SCREWS (see below images)
