OPIS URZĄDZENIA

Miernik CP-D4 przeznaczony jest do pomiaru wilgot-

-ności takich podłoży jak beton, jastrych, tynk gipsowy

itp. Największą zaletą miernika jest nieniszcząca metoda

pomiaru wilgotności przy równoczesnym zachowaniu

wysokiej dokładności pomiarów oraz prostej obsłudze

urządzenia.

1. Sposób działania

Miernik CP-D4 określa wilgotność badanego materiału poprzez pomiar impedancji elektrycznej. Zależ-

ność pomiędzy wilgotnością podłoża a jego impedancją jest wprost proporcjonalna. Impedancja mierzona

jest pomiędzy elektrodami urządzenia w wyniku wytworzenia zmiennego pola elektrycznego o niewielkiej

częstotliwości. Wytworzonemu polu elektrycznemu towarzyszy przepływ prądu przemiennego o niewielkim

natężeniu, które jest odwrotnie proporcjonalne do impedancji materiału. Miernik mierzy to natężenie prądu i

określa na jego podstawie wilgotność.

7 - Relative Scale (0-100% 1. General function CP-D4 meter calculates humidity of analyzed material by measuring its electrical impedance. The relation between humidity of certain material and its impedance is directly proportional. Impedance is measured through generating low frequency electric ﬁeld between electrodes. The meter measures low intensity alter- nating current ﬂowing through electric ﬁeld and on that basis calculates moisture of tested material.
Page 8 Concrete Moisture Meter CP-D4 does not detect concrete humidity through electricity conducting materials like metal coverings/linings, PE-rubber or any wet surfaces. Moisture Meter CP-D4 should not be used to measure concrete humidity on surfaces which are topped with a thick layer of ﬂoor covering material like wood.
Page 9 All cleaning and cover-removing works should be ﬁnished at least 48 hours before taking the measurement. CP-D4 meter should not be used to measure concrete on which there is water in a liquid state. Measurements should be avoided in areas exposed to direct sunlight or other sources of heat.

Warranty Notwithstanding the statutory warranty claims, CP-Instruments provides a warranty in accordance with the laws of the customer’s country for a period of at least two years from the date of sale of the device to the end user. Page 12 7 - Relatieve schaal (0-100% 1. Werking De CP-D4-meter meet het vochtgehalte van het geteste materiaal door de elektrische impedantie te meten. De afhankelijkheid tussen het vocht van het beton en de impedantie ervan is rechtevenredig. De impedantie wordt gemeten door het genereren van het wisselend elektrisch veld op een lage frequentie tussen de elek- troden van de inrichting.
Page 13 2. Einschränkungen De CP-D4-meter kan geen vocht van elektrisch geleidende materialen zoals plaatmetaal, ethyleen-propy- leenrubber of natte oppervlakken detecteren en meten. Het mes is niet geschikt voor het meten van betonnen vloeren met bodembedekking zoals b.v. Wood. De metingen uitgevoerd met het mes reﬂecteren het vochtge- halte van het materiaal op het moment van meting.

Page 15 Opmerking: Zorg er in het bijzonder voor dat u de sonde of elektroden niet aanraakt tijdens het meten in de Max Hold-modus. In dergelijke gevallen is er sprake van een aanzienlijke vervalsing van de meetwaarde, die herhaalde meting vereist. Page 16 SET wordt losgelaten. 6. Power supply De vochtmeter CP-D4 wordt gevoed door twee AA-batterijen. Het gebruik van eenvoudige batterijen en oplaadbare batterijen is toegestaan. De batterijstatus i. de batterijniveau-indicator geeft de ontlaadstatus van de batterijen aan.

Garantie Onverminderd de wettelijke garantie, garandeert CP-Instruments volgens de wetgeving van uw land, maar voor een minimum van 2 jaar vanaf de datum van verkoop van het apparaat aan de eindgebruiker. De ga- rantie dekt alleen defecten veroorzaakt door materiaal- of fabricagefouten. Bij het indienen van een garan- tieclaim moet de originele kassabon bij de verkoopdatum worden gevoegd.
