1. This Cabinet
YY-R2 series 2U 19" rackmount cases are designed for supplying the
best solution of thermal, modules and EMI for various industrial,
business server and telecommunication applications.

II. System Assembly and Disassembly
1. Control Panel
Power LED , HDD LED, USB ports, Power Switch/ Reset switch
2. System assembly steps
2.1. To remove top cover
Loose screws, pull it back and lift up
2.2. Motherboard installation

Remove the riser cardholder
first.
Check motherboards mounting
position, install the metal
standoffs into mounting plate.
Install spacer into motherboard.
To mount motherboard onto
the mounting plate, screw in.
(I/O shield must be squeezed
from inside chassis to outside)

  • Page 2 2.3. Power Supply Installation 2.4. 3.5” & 5.25” devices PS2 power supply: assembly Screw the power supply holder Loosen (4) screws, lift up 3.5” & onto chassis. 5.25” driver bracket. Plug the AC inlet adaptor cable to the AC socket. Then tighten power supply with brackets and screws.
  • Page 3 2.5. HDD assembly 2.6. Riser card, add-on card Remove the 3.5” HDD driver installation bracket. To assemble riser card into riser card holder. To slot in add-on cards into riser card and screw in bracket. To slot in daughter board of riser card into 5 PCI slot.
  • Page 4 2.7. Cable routing Cooling fan could be connected into motherboard, or connect to power supply through an connector changer. Flat cables suggested to be route well by cable tie and cable clip. 2.8. Close top cover Close the top cover with 4 screws.
