- Page 4 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 1. To charge, plug the adapter into a 120V AC outlet. The LED light next to the power button will flash as the product charges. When fully charged, the light will be solid green with no flashing. It takes approximately 3.5 hours for the battery to completely charge.

POWER BUTTON To turn on the massage functions, press the power button once. The massage will begin in high speed. SHIATSU REVERSE BUTTON The massager will begin with an inward rotating motion.
