点灯率 40%以上で使用する場合、点灯率に合わせて輝度を低下させます。全極点灯時に輝度 70%になるよ
うに調整しています。

Note6) 輝度レベル 100%の輝度値を示します。フィルタなしの値とします。フィルタの透過率は 23％となります。
