Using the Wireless LAN
The Wireless LAN (WLAN) allows your computer to connect to a network through a wireless connection.
The WLAN uses the following IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n standard, which specifies the type of technology used.

IEEE 802.11a 5 GHz
IEEE 802.11b/g 2.4 GHz
IEEE 802.11n 5 GHz/2.4 GHz
Remarks

The IEEE 802.11g standard provides higher-
speed communications than the IEEE 802.11b
standard.
On models compliant with the IEEE 802.11b/g/n
standard, only the 2.4 GHz band can be used.
