Installing the Right Belt Guard
Parts needed for this procedure:

Right belt guard
1
Hex bolt (M8-1.25 x 12)
1
Washer (M8)
1
Locknut (NIM8-1.25)

Self-tapping screw (M4.2 x 13)
Procedure
1. On the right side of the machine, drill holes in the
pulley bracket, in the rear footrest support and in the
front section of the frame (Figure 7).

2. Rear footrest support
3. Front frame section
4. Locknut (NIM8-1.25)
A. Measure the location for the holes in the pulley
bracket as specified in Figure 4.
B. For the hole in the rear footrest support, use the
measurements in Figure 8.

Measurements to drill hole in the rear footrest support
1. 3.4 mm diameter
2. 11 mm
C. Drill the holes in the front frame as specified in
Figure 9.
Measurements to drill holes in the front frame
1. 3.4 mm diameter (2)
2. 10 mm
2. Position the right belt guard behind the traction
pedal assembly and the switch mounted behind it
and attach it to the frame of the machine as shown
in Figure 10.

3. Verify that the guard is clear of all moving parts
across their full range of operation, that it will not
cause damage to wires, hoses or other components
and that it will not interfere with the safe operation
of the traction unit or the cutting deck.
