Troubleshooting

This chapter lists some problems you might encounter when using your tablet. Some
problems require you to call your service provider, but most are easy to fix yourself.

Possible causes
Mobile data
communication is
restricted by the data
saver function.
The battery optimization
function (Doze mode) is
enabled.
Battery is not charged.
The battery level is low.
Possible corrective measures
From the Home screen, Settings
> Mobile data > Menu icon
> Data Saver > Turn off Use Data
Saver.
While the tablet is not used, the
battery optimization mode (Doze mode)
activates automatically for saving the
battery.
In that case, the notifications from LINE
or email application may be delayed or
not received. It is recommended to set
to ignore the battery optimizations for
those applications.
From the Home screen, Settings
> Battery & power saving > Battery
usage > Tap Ignore optimizations
and select applications.
Charge battery.
Charge battery.
