Page 3 Instructions for use: 1. Spread the mat out fully on a flat surface. 2. Unscrew valve in an anti-clockwise direction to inflate. Approx 5 mins. 3. For extra comfort, blow into the end of valve to inflate further. 4. Turn valve in a clockwise direction to secure.
