Troubleshooting

Problem
The product does not switch on.
The blades are rotating very slowly.
Food not fully blended.
Solution
• Check if the power plug is
connected to the power
supply. Check if the power
supply works.
• Check if the jug (C) is
correctly placed on the
motor unit (D).
• Turn the control knob to
the OFF position. Check
if there is too much
food in the jar / motor is
overloaded. Remove some
food, shake the jar to
redistribute the ingredients.
• Check if there is enough
liquid in the jar. Add some
liquid.
• Restart operation.
• Turn the control knob to
the OFF position. Check
if the ingredients are too
large. Remove ingredients
and cut them into smaller
pieces.
• Check if there is too much
food in the jar. Remove
some food, shake the jar to
redistribute the ingredients.
• Restart operation.
