Step 1
Setting PEDESTAL COVER and STAND MTG SPACER and BASE PLATE with SCREWS.
Step 2
1. Stick the RUBBER FOOT at bottom ROTATION PLATE.
2. Make sure ROTATION PLATE surfacefully cover by grease. Follow the picture.
