Monaghan AEROECLIPSE XL Quick Start Manual

Below, please find abbreviated instruc­
tions, but remember to read the com­
plete instructions that are packaged with
your AEROECLIPSE® XL Reusable Breath
Actuated Nebulizer (R BAN) device.

The AEROECLIPSE® XL
R BAN can be used with
a mask by removing the
supplied mouthpiece and
inserting the mask into the
mouthpiece opening.

Untwist and remove the
nebulizer top. Carefully place
prescribed medication into
nebulizer cup. Reattach the
nebulizer top; gently hand
tighten.

Attach one end of the
supplied tubing to the
fitting on the bottom of the
nebulizer and the other end
to your compressor. Be sure
both ends of the tubing are
secure.

Turn on your compressor
while sitting in a comfort­
able, upright position. Place
the mouthpiece in your
mouth being sure not to
cover the exhalation valve
with your lips.

Inhale slowly and deeply. As you breathe in
the green button on top of the nebulizer will
move into the "down" position.

Exhale normally. The green button will
return to the "up" position when you are
not inhaling.

Continue to breathe normally on the
nebulizer until it begins to make a "sputter"
noise or as instructed by your physician or
health care provider.

Turn off the compressor when finished with
your treatment. Clean product between each
treatment as directed in the owner's manual.
This product is for single patient use only and has a 6 month
life if properly used, cleaned and maintained.
