that cable lugs are "pressed" properly.

It is not allowed to use so-called current thieves/quick connectors ..

Check if there is battery voltage in the back of the car, use contact pin 2B. If it is not available, then feel free to use our accessory supply cable 7KA1046 (7m long), and pull it up to the battery.
