- Page 4 NanoAAB User Guide I. Overview NanoAAB is the latest, 3rd generation MOSFET with active brake. In the case of Version 2 gearboxes, the contacts are located inside the gearbox. With a Version 3 gearbox, installation will be easier because the contacts are on the outsideof the gearbox.
