    MicroShockDetector plus 4 . 3 . 7 E v a l u a t i o n o f s h o c k e v e n t s A MONILOG ® MicroShockDetector plus registers the 200 largest shock events above the set threshold values and of these for the 10 largest impacts the curve progression over 4 seconds each.
  • Page 28 MicroShockDetector plus The measuring points are continuously recorded with 500 Hz per channel and filtered to an upper limit frequency of 25 Hz and a lower limit frequency of 1 Hz. The shock pulses are selected from this curve. A shock impact starts exceeding the registration threshold on at least one measurement channel and ends when the main thrust (channel with the absolute maximum of shock) changes sign (zero crossing) or all 3 channels fall below the registration threshold again.
  • Page 29 MicroShockDetector plus Shock classification The MONILOG ® MicroShockDetector plus evaluates the acceleration amplitude of all impacts separately according to the shock directions X, Y and Z and also the resulting space vector R. All impacts are counted according to the amplitude in defined limit value classes, regardless of whether they are impact events or impact curves with time stamps and measured values are stored.
