In order to certify that our machine has met all EU consumer safety, health or environmental requirements, CHOCOLATE WORLD, as a manufacturer and compiler of the technical documentation, has drawn up the CE Declaration of Conformity (Annex 1) and affixed the CE marking on the machine (Section 3). -

Chocolate World User and maintenance manual Semi-automatic cutters ENERAL DESCRIPTION The LIRA and LIRA PLUS Semi-Automatic Cutters are intended for use in the food processing industry to cut food and/or sweet products. The cut width depends on the thickness of the cutting frames used. To this end, interchangeable cutting frames are available. -

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE We are giving below some general instructions for safe use of the machine. CHOCOLATE WORLD holds no liability in case of damage to property or injury to individuals due to non-compliance with the instructions given in this section. -

Only CHOCOLATE WORLD authorised personnel have to perform maintenance and repair of the cutter except for activities described in Section 8.1 below. Therefore, should you require service or spare parts, please call CHOCOLATE WORLD at +39 0746 491604. Motherboard removal procedure on LIRA PLUS cutter With machine standing and off the mains power supply, remove the control panel by unscrewing the four screws that hold it down (see Figure Error! Reference source not found..2). -

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a CHOCOLATE WORLD authorized service provider; or to damage caused by use with non- CHOCOLATE WORLD products; or to damage caused by a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability of the machine. -
