Battery Powered Scissor Lift 5. OPERATING LIFT TABLE How to use the brake. CAUTION Use brakes when not moving the lifter to prevent sudden movement. The brake is equipped with the swivel caster on the right side. (1) Activate wheel brakes by pressing the brake pedal. (2) Release the brake by lifting up the brake pedal. -
