1. NO POWER PROBLEM
No power problem occurs when you power on the unit.
1-1. No 12 VA (Primary side)
1-1-1. Solution
Replace F102, D101, TH101 on SMPS board.
1-1-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Look at the physical of fuse F102.
2) Check the bridge diode D101.
3) Check the TH101 short or open.
