FRAME_LINE, BANK_SEL_LINE, TEMP1/2/3_LINE
QS_EN_LINE, etc.
Check if IC8402(MULTI_CHANNEL_SYSTEM
_POWER_SUPPLY) and the peripheral
power supply circuit are normal.
Check IC8103 and its peripheral circuits.
Check the line between IC8103 and CN8201/CN8202
Check IC8201 and the communication between its
peripheral circuits and IC8103 is normal.
