The motor must never be connected directly to the power supply without the use of a frequency converter.

The coolant medium must meet the requirements for the intended use. Unsuitable coolant can lead to thermally insulating deposits on parts that transfer heat. Zimmer GmbH accepts no liability for any resulting malfunctions or damage. Zimmer GmbH recommends the use of “Cool-Core Ready” from Motorex, “SK3301.960” from Rittal or a comparable coolant.

Zimmer GmbH recommends evaluating both thermistor values (of the PTC130 or Pt1000). Before commissioning, you must check whether the thermistors are connected to the machine control system and whether they are operative.
