- Page 4 ⼋、注意事项 烙铁部分 1、装置⻛咀时切勿使劲装置⻛咀,或⽤钳⼦拉动喷咀边缘，勿使劲紧拴螺丝。 1、将烙铁⼿柄连接好，将⼿柄正确放在⼿柄架上。 2、装置喷咀时必须在发热体冷却后，才能装喷咀。 2、打开烙铁电源开关，调节调温旋钮设置所需⼯作温度，在加热过程中烙铁指⽰灯常亮， 3、切勿触摸发热管，或以热⽓直喷脸部,有灼伤⼈体的危险。启动初时，可能会冒出⽩烟， 当指⽰灯有规律闪动表⽰进⼊恒温状态，可以开始⼯作。 此属于正常现象，稍后此现象会消失。 4、更换发热体时，⼩⼼不要损坏接地线！！ 5、更换时应注意连接线的顺序及颜⾊！不能接错！！ 6、请更换同⼀型号的发热体或发热芯！！ *该机器通过各项标准检验后，再进⾏实际温度⽼化检测,部分⻛枪钢筒出⻛⼝处稍有暗⻩， 均属正常现象，特此说明！ 六、使⽤须知 1、请在打开电源时⻛枪⼿柄必须放置在⼿柄架上。 2、请保持进⻛⼝和出⻛⼝通畅，不能有阻塞物。 3、⼯作完毕后，必须把加热⼿柄放置在⼿柄架上，让机器⾃动冷却⾄显⽰“---”（送⻛ 停⽌）才能关闭⻛枪电源开关（⻛机型）。 4、⻛机型在使⽤机器标配喷咀以外的更⼩喷咀时，必须要将⻛量调为最⼤，使⽤较低的温 九、可换组件说明 度，并在短时间内使⽤，避免⻓时间使⽤损坏⻛枪。 5、根据⼯作需求，选⽤合适的⻛咀，不同的⻛咀温度可能略有差别，出⻛⼝与物件间距离 ⼀、 ⻛枪发热体的更换(图2/图3) 最少是2mm。 1、 更换发热体应在其冷却时进⾏更换。 6、当烙铁初次使⽤后，要注意检查烙铁咀升温情况，待其温度刚刚能深化锡丝时，在烙铁 2、 如图， 松开⼿柄上的两只固定螺丝。 咀上镀上⼀层锡，再将温度调到所需温度。 3、 旋出⼿柄组件， 再将⼿柄壳取出。 7、烙铁头温度不宜过⾼，温度过⾼会减弱烙铁头功能。间隔不使⽤时，可将温度调低。 8、应定期使⽤清洁海绵清理烙铁头，使⽤后应抹净烙铁头，镀上新锡层，以防⽌烙铁头氧 4、 轻轻移出⻛机， 取出固定接线板上的3只螺丝。 化。...
