Keep the tube pressurized to 100 PSI when rewinding! Remember, polyethylene tube is semi-rigid and subject to being crimped. The foregoing precautions will reduce the possibility of kinking or damaging your tube. P/N 19302390 Revised on 3/1/14, Kifco, Inc.

Step 3 - Replace the Levelwind guard and then replace the fork, being especially careful not to have any over-hang on the chain side of the mounting plate as shown below. Caution! Only turn the spool just enough to release the anti-reverse pawl. Over rotating can cause the coils of tube to loosen. The gearbox needs to be in high (H) or low (L) gear for the spool to turn. P/N 19302390 Revised on 3/1/14, Kifco, Inc.

Sanitation System - Tube Cleaning: Kifco’s Avi-FoamGuard is equipped with an automatic polyethylene tube cleaning and sanitation option. As the tube passes through the hose guide fork, three nozzles will clean and apply sanitation solution to the polyeth- ylene tube as it is rewound onto the spool of the machine.
Step 1 - Turn the fuel supply on to the Booster Pump. Step 2 - Open the choke and turn the key on the booster pump control panel to start the pump. Once started close the choke. Prime Choke Booster Pump Fuel Supply P/N 19302390 Revised on 3/1/14, Kifco, Inc.

The Retract Stop switch on the control panel will only stop the Re- traction Engine. If this is needed, press and hold the Retract Stop switch until the retraction engine stops. P/N 19302390 Revised on 3/1/14, Kifco, Inc.
This will allow the gear selection lever to engage the different speed range of the gearbox. Caution: Follow these steps precisely! Failure to do so will damage the gearbox! P/N 19302390 Revised on 3/1/14, Kifco, Inc.
Step 5 - Once water runs clear from the generators, slowly throttle down the Booster Pump and turn off the key. Turn off the fuel to the Booster Pump. Step 6 - Close the main supply valve. P/N 19302390 Revised on 3/1/14, Kifco, Inc.

Tightening the chains: Primary Chain: Adjustments are made by tightening/ loosening the adjustment screws connected to the roller (D). Secondary Chain: Loosen the right angle gearbox mounting bolts (item A) and adjust its position. P/N 19302390 Revised on 3/1/14, Kifco, Inc.

The Retraction & Booster Pump Engines are both covered under original manufacturer’s warranty. Refer to these manufactures should you have engine problems.
