    Deze handleiding geeft installatie-, bedienings- en onderhoudsinstructies voor de HR 1000 plamuurmes reiniger. Deze zal in het vervolg de Microreiniger genoemd worden. De HR 1000 plamuurmes reiniger is een innovatieve en compleet pneumatische wasinstallatie voor het reinigen van plamuurmessen of andere kleine onderdelen.

    Beschrijving De microreiniger bestaat in zijn geheel uit hoogwaardig RVS. Schadelijke gassen en dampen, die zich in de machine vormen, worden automatisch afgezogen wanneer de bediener de klep van de microreiniger opent. De klep moet gesloten blijven indien de microreiniger niet wordt gebruikt.

    Het is essentieel om aan het begin van het reinigen te controleren dat het reinigingsmiddel niet corrosief is.     vele chemische milieubelastende oplosmiddelen.  Indien huid of ogen met reinigingsmiddelen in contact komen, dan moet de betreffende plaats met stromend water gespoeld worden.  Voor het gebruik van de microreiniger moet de werking van de veiligheidsvoorzieningen gecontroleerd worden.  De microreiniger moet in een perfect geventileerde ruimte geïnstalleerd worden, ver weg van elektrische schakelingen, warmtebronnen en vonken.

    Controle. Controleer voor installatie van de microreiniger of deze niet tijdens transport beschadigd is. De microreiniger moet in ieder geval op een vlakke ondergrond aan de muur of wand geplaatst worden in een goed geventileerde ruimte ver weg van elektrische schakelingen, warmtebronnen en vonken.     Maak het reservoir goed schoon en reinig het filter welke aan de aanzuigslang is bevestigd. Houdt de jerrycan onder de aftapkraan en open deze. Veeg met de kwast het reservoir schoon. Sluit de aftapkraan. Vul het reservoir wederom met schoon reinigingsmiddel. De HR 1000 is nu klaar voor hergebruik.

    Micro Cleaner. The HR 1000 is an innovative and completely pneumatic stainless steel cleaning installation for putty knives and other small parts. This manual is an integral part of the product: it must be kept clean and stored safely for reference during the life span of the micro cleaner.

    Description The micro cleaner is manufactured from high quality stainless steel. Hazardous vapours and gasses formed during the cleaning process are automatically extracted when the covering plate is opened. When not in use this plate must be kept closed. Solvent vapours are automatically extracted via a Venturi system through an exhaust pipe and then outdoors.

    Installation of the HR 1000 RVS micro cleaner For installation follow the following procedure:  Remove the carton box – one person can relocate the micro cleaner upright to the assigned area which must be well ventilated and away from electrical switches, sources of heat and sparks.
