and then the phone. Then reconnect the
cable to the phone and then the PC. The
dialog box should appear after this activity.
If the dialog box still does not appear,
please disconnect and reconnect the cable
as above using a different USB port on the
PC. Once the dialog box appears, continue
from step 4.
