Why does my phone have abnormal touchscreen
responses?
Choose Touch settings > Calibrate and follow the onscreen instructions
to calibrate screen.
Why am I unable to use my computer to access the
Internet via the mobile phone (using as a modem)?

Error 619: If this error occurs, check that you have subscribed and
enabled data service with your SIM card, and your account has
sufficient balance. Then, check that the network access point of the
dial-up software is correct.

Error 680: If this error occurs, check that your mobile phone has good
signal strength. Then, check that modem settings of the dial-up
software are correct.

Error 797: If this error occurs, uninstall the mobile phone drive
program and install it again.

Error 633: If this error occurs, disconnect the USB or Bluetooth
connection between your mobile phone and computer. Then, connect
them again.
Why does the phone prompt me to enter NCK code
when it starts up?
If you are using an unsupported SIM card on your phone, you will be
prompted to enter NCK code. For details, contact your network operator.
