Turning the rotary control either clockwise or anti-clock- wise allows you to select the operation of the AHRS-1 / AHRS-3 as an artificial horizon with mini compass and turn and bank indicator, a turn and bank indicator, a digital compass, or as a NMEA GPS viewer The MAG-1 only displays the compass and GPS displays.

Slip Zero: This function allows you to set your slip indicator to exactly zero even if your aircraft tends to fly slightly wing down. The procedure is to place the aircraft in a stable, straight and level attitude during calm flight conditions and then select this function.
