The call history
appears empty
Description & Solution
Ensure that the correct passkey was
entered on the phone during the
connection with the headset. Most
Bluetooth headsets have a fixed passkey
that would be mentioned in their user's
guide. You would need to enter the
passkey when establishing a connection
with the headset.
• Ensure that you are connected to the
Bluetooth stereo headset.
• Ensure that the song that you are
playing is one of the supported
formats.
• Check the battery levels on the
Bluetooth stereo headset.
• Ensure that the phone and headset are
within range of each other. The
maximum distance between the two
should not be more than 10 metres.
You may observe breaks if there are
walls that separate the phone and the
Bluetooth stereo headset.
You may have activated a filter, and no
communication events fitting that filter
have been logged. To see all events,
press the Start soft key and select Call
History. Press the Menu soft key and
select Filter → No Filter.
