CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent and wipe it dry. For
stubborn stains and for periodic maintenance, use silicon wax.
Wash the lid, aluminum bowl and other removable parts in warm soapy water and
thoroughly dry.
To clean the Aluminum Bowl easily, first wait for the excess mixture to melt to a liquid,
then simply wipe away with a paper towel.
Clean the interior of the ice cream maker with a baking soda solution (3 tablespoons
per 1 liter of water) or hot soapy water then thoroughly rinse and dry.
Note: make sure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
