INSTALL CASTERS

1) Insert the two casters (Part I) into the holes provided for them on the frame (Part A). The
holes will be on the backside of the frame. Be sure to push the casters all the way in. You
should feel them snap into place.

BASE PLATE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1) Slide the base plate (Part B) over the nylon frame (Part A) and align bolt holes.
2) Insert 4 bolts (Part C) through the base plate, and the frame.
3) Using 4 nuts (Part D), finger tighten the nuts, and bolts, to secure the base plate to the frame.

AXLE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1) Push axle (Part E) halfway through the hole in the frame furthest from the base.
2) Place two washers (Part G) on the axle, and push axle through the opposite axle hole.
3) Insert 1 Cotter Pin (Part H) through each of the holes, in the axle to secure the washers
close to the frame, and bend the long side of the cotter pin back at least 45 degrees.

  • Page 2 WHEEL ASEMBLY 1) Place a washer (Part G) on the axle on the outside of the frame. 2) Place a wheel (Part F) on the axle with a washer (Part G) on the outside of the wheel. 3) Secure the wheel, and washer, by inserting a cotter pin (Part H) through the holes in the axle.
