OPERATING FOLDING & UNFOLDING INSTRUCTIONS Unfolding: Step 1: Unclasp the locking clasp from the hook. Step 2: Turn the steering column to a certain angle to avoid hitting the protective cover when lifting the steering column up, then push the column slightly to lock the folding lever into final position. - Page 10 OPERATING Folding Step 1: Turn the steering column at a certain degree until the folding is completely away from the protective cover, then press down the folding Step 2: Fold down the steering column, align the locking clasp with the side of the locking hook, then buckle into the locking hook in parallel.
