Q5: Will reversing polarity connections of the jump start cable damage the vehicle?
A5: Not at all, Hummer is very safe with "Dual Reversing Polarity Protection". If you
accidentally connect the RED and BLACK cable clamps to the wrong polarity terminal
and attempt to jump start the vehicle, both the (12V Indicator)and (24V Indicator) lights
will be flashing rapidly. The Reverse Polarity Protection will be in place and cut the
power immediately to prevent injury and avoid damaging the vehicle.
Q6: What if Hummer doesn't jump start the vehicle?
A6: If Hummer fails to jump start the engine, please wait at least 10 seconds before
attempting to try again and please do not continuous cranking for over 5 seconds each
time. If still not succeed after 3 attempts, it may be due to other problems of the vehicle.

highly recommended to replace the vehicle battery once every 2-3 years.
