Preferred Networks
Preferred network list is stored in the SIM card. It
specifies the priority by which your phone will register
to the available network during automatic registration.
1. In idle mode, press , to enter the main menu.

and press ,.
3. Press , or L
Select
to enter the preferred
network list. The most preferred network will be
at the top of the list. L
4. Press +/- to select a certain network and press L
Option.
5. You can then select to Insert,
Add to end
the selected network.
Attach GPRS
This option allows you to set the GPRS attach mode
during PDP session. You can choose either one of the
following:
• Always attached
• Attached during PDP session
Browser
Various parameters relative to browser can be set
under this option, including WAP parameters and
Push message.

WAP profiles
You can set up to 5 groups of WAP profiles. You can
activate and use one of the profiles. At the same time,
you can edit or directly connect to the address. Select
Edit
to access the following settings:
Profile
name: A name to identify the server.
>
IP
address: The numeric address of the server in
nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn format.
• Port: The port number on the server. The number
is usually 0 (=9201).
• Homepage: The URL of the homepage.
Linger
time: The duration your phone stays
connected to the WAP.

profiles: Select one of the
GPRS
profiles: Select one of the
• Bearer: Select

This menu allows you to configure a CSD (circuit
switched data) connection to the network. The
available CSD settings are:
