To use the Emulsifying Disc: Fit the drive shaft and bowl onto the power unit. Holding by the centre grip, place the disc onto the drive shaft with the appropriate side uppermost. Fit the lid. The emulsifying disc can be used to combine ingredients that would not ordinarily mix well together, such as cooking oils, water, balsamic vinegar and egg yolk.
