• The remaining base tube has two buttons.
• While pressing the button on each end of the base tube,
insert it into the free ends of the hub tubes. Make sure the
button on each end of the base tube "snaps" into place.
Hint: The base tube is designed to fit onto the hub tubes
one way. If the base tube does not seem to fit, turn it
around and try again.
• Pull on the base to be sure it's secure to the hub tubes.
• Turn the frame assembly upright.

• Position the pad so that the button holes are toward the
warning label on the liner. Place the pad on the liner.

• Fold the top of the pad down and insert the waist belts
through the slots in the pad. Make sure the waist belts
are not twisted.
• Fold the top of the pad up to fit it back into the liner.
