Personal Protective Equipment must be used including safety glasses. Keep bystanders and children out of the work area while operating this tool. Inspect before each use. Do not use if broken, bent, cracked or damaged parts are noted (Including warning label).

Shear arm will come down and cut through one side of the tire as shown. Turn tire 180° and cut tire again. Repeat turning and cutting until the pieces of tire tread suits your needs.
