가공물 표면(Z) 기준 위치 검출 및 공구 길이 검출

Detecting position of workpiece surface on the "z" axis and
length of tool.
가공물 표면에 베이스 마스터(BM-50)를 놓고 공구를 측정면에 접촉시키면
동시에 LED가 점등됩니다. 해당 위치가 가공물 기준면으로부터 50mm 위치
입니다. 공구의 길이를 측정하는 경우는 기준 공구와의 비교를 통해 공구의
길이를 검출할 수 있습니다.
Mount BM-50/BM-2 on the workpiece surface. Move the spindle or "Z" axis
carefully until the tool touches the sensor plate, which will instantly light the
LED lamp. This will then give you an exact reading off 50mm (2.000")
distance from the reference surface to the tool.
1.척 단면에 베이스 마스터(BM-50)를 장착 합니다.
2.기준이 될 공구를 베이스 마스터(BM-50)에 접촉 시켜 LED가 점등하는 위치를 Z=0으로 합니다.
3.순차적으로 다른 공구를 베이스 마스터에 터치시켜 LED가 점등할때 Z좌표값을 읽고 그 값을
공구 옵셋에 할당합니다.
1.Mount BM-50/BM-2 on the face of the chuck.
2.Select the rst tool as a gauge and move the tool slide until the tool touches the sensor plate, which
will instantly light the LED lamp. Then input the position of the "Z" axis as 0(zero), which becomes the
reference position for all succeeding tools.
3.Repeat the same operation with other tools individually. Read the gure on the "Z" axis when LED lamp
turns on, and input the positon of the tool off-set.

가공물 측면에 베이스 마스터(BM-50)를 장착하고 절삭 공구의 외경부를
측정면에 접촉시킵니다. LED가 점등되는 위치가 공구 반경 + 50mm 위치
입니다. 공구경 측정은 프리세트 되어 있는 기준바와의 비교를 통해 공구경
을 검출할 수 있습니다.
Mount BM-50/BM-2 on the side surface of workpiece and move the
spindle, "X" or "Y"axis carefully until the tool touches the sensor plate,
which will instantly light the LED lamp. This will give you an exact reading
of 50mm(2.000") distance from the reference surface to the tool. Then add
1/2 the diameter of the tool to give you the machine spindle center
distance.
